GREETINGS TO ALL ALBES students, parents, faculty, staff and community!

Welcome Back to a new and exciting school year!!!

 

I am honored and humbled to continue to serve one of the finest elementary schools in South Texas,

Arturo L. Benavides Elementary (ALBES). As the Principal, I will continue to instill pride in our school, establish positive relationships with students/ teachers/parents/community, and ensure ongoing quality education in our classrooms to provide students with the best educational experiences for academic success.

 

A.L.B.E.S. vision is to "inspire and develop learners to become the leaders of tomorrow." This year, our students from PreK to 5th grade, will experience S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) classes. These classes will enhance the science education experience by developing deeper level thinking skills through scientific inquiry and hands-on applications. As we continue to bring new and innovative ways into our classrooms, I ask parents to become involved in their childʼs education every day and join us in our quest to make A.L.B.E.S. the Leading School of Innovation.

SALUDOS A TODOS los estudiantes, los padres, profesores, personal y comunidad de ALBES. Bienvenidos a un nuevo aňo escolar de 2019-20. Es con gran honor servir una de las mejores escuelas primarias en el sur de Tejas, Arturo L. Benavides Elementary (ALBES). Como la directora, continuaré a promover el orgullo en nuestra escuela, establecer relaciones positivas con los alumnos/ profesores/ padres/ comunidad y garantizar una educacion de calidad en nuestras aulas para proporcionar a los estudiantes las mejores experiencias educativas.
